Ogden Pride Festival

The Ogden Pride Festival is an annual two-day LGBTQ+ celebration in downtown Ogden organized by the nonprofit Ogden Pride. The 2026 edition is the 12th annual festival and uses the theme Resist, Persist, Exist. It spans 25th Street between Grant and Washington avenues, with the Ogden Amphitheater as the main performance area.

Ogden Pride was organized on October 11, 2014, National Coming Out Day, and incorporated the following month. It was the first Pride organization in Ogden and only the fourth in Utah. The nonprofit is run entirely by volunteers and works to build an inclusive, supportive community for LGBTQIA+ people, their families and allies across Northern Utah.

Along with the annual festival, the group runs programs throughout the year and works with community partners on advocacy for LGBTQIA+ rights and on education. Its aim is a welcoming environment where every person feels seen and valued.

The 12th annual festival is set for October 3 and 4, 2026, under the theme Resist, Persist, Exist. Volunteers make the weekend possible, helping with setup, guest support, stage assistance, vendor coordination and operations, and the organization welcomes help for a few hours or the full weekend.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.

Ogden Pride Festival has included festival, live performances, vendors and beer gardens.

The next edition is October 3-4, 2026. It usually falls traditionally August; moved to early October in 2026.
