About South Alabama Pride Festival

The South Alabama Pride Festival is an inclusive, family-friendly festival in Daleville serving the Wiregrass region of rural southeast Alabama. First held in 2023, it takes place in September so it does not compete with June Pride events in the region. The 2026 festival was the fourth annual.

What to expect

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.
