About Washington PA Pride
Washington PA Pride is organized by the Washington County Gay Straight Alliance and was the first Pride event in Washington County's history.
Washington PA Pride operates under a code of conduct meant to keep the festival safe and welcoming, with no tolerance for threatening, harassing or derogatory behavior toward anyone based on age, race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, size, clothing, ability, income or religion.
Entry follows a bag policy modeled on the NFL's: small bags up to 4.5 by 6.5 by 3 inches, drawstring bags, festival merchandise bags and clear gallon-size plastic bags are allowed, while backpacks, purses and totes are not. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except unopened water, as are umbrellas, weapons, professional cameras and offensive signs. Attendees who want to drink alcohol must show ID at the gate for a wristband, and lost and found is at the info table between gates A and B.
