Las Vegas Pride

Las Vegas PRIDE runs a month of events each October, headlined by the Las Vegas PRIDE Night Parade in downtown Las Vegas and the all-day Las Vegas PRIDE Festival. The parade route ends near a main stage and block party on 4th Street. The festival is family-friendly until early evening, then continues with an after-dark program.

Las Vegas PRIDE is run by the Southern Nevada Association of PRIDE, Inc., which hosts and takes part in events throughout the year. It also publishes Las Vegas PRIDE Magazine, a nonprofit community resource with features on local LGBTQ+ artists, faith leaders and community figures such as the titleholder for Mr. Black Las Vegas PRIDE.

In 2025 the organization held more than 19 Pride-related events across Southern Nevada, from community mixers to larger celebrations, and the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign was lit in rainbow colors. Rain forced the cancellation of the downtown parade that year, the first time that had happened, though people still filled sidewalks, venues and after-parties. The following weekend, the festival was held at the new Desert Breeze Events Center.

The Las Vegas City Council has approved extending the 4th Street closures used for the Friday night parade into Saturday so the festival can take place on the same downtown site. The group is also pursuing more grants, and shoppers can support it through the Smith's Inspiring Donations program.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.

Las Vegas Pride has included parade, festival, pool parties and hike.

Las Vegas Pride was first held in 1983.

The next edition is October 9-17, 2026. It usually falls october, with a Friday night parade and a Saturday festival about a week later.
