Southern Nevada Pride Fest of Henderson

Southern Nevada Pride Fest is a free June Pride festival at Sunset Park organized by the Henderson Equality Center. It includes entertainment, a kids area, food, vendors, and nonprofits, with family events such as a waterpark day and bowling later in the month. The 2026 edition was the sixth annual.

Southern Nevada Pride Fest of Henderson is organized by the Henderson Equality Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to engage, empower and support LGBTQ+ people, allies and the wider Southern Nevada community. The center provides programs, education, food assistance, youth services, support groups and community connections aimed at reducing barriers so people can thrive. The festival itself commemorates the Stonewall Riots and is meant to bring the local LGBTQ+ community together to celebrate openly with the public, with a long-term goal of ending homophobia, transphobia and discrimination.

The free festival at Sunset Park uses the park's eastern entrance and includes entertainment, a kids' area, food, vendors and nonprofits. VIP tickets are available on the day for $85 and include drink tickets, special seating at the stages, a meet and greet and a VIP bag. Most vendors, bars and food stands accept cash or cards. The event goes on in any weather, and organizers ask attendees to skip glitter. Outside food and drink are not allowed except one unopened bottle of water, and pets are not permitted except service animals.

Family events continue later in the month. In 2026 they included a discounted day at a local waterpark and a bowling event at Strike Zone Bowling, with 100 free bowling spots handed out first come, first served at the center's festival booth.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.

The organizer has not announced dates for 2027 yet. In 2026 it was held June 13, 2026. It usually falls second Saturday of June.
