Lawrenceville Pride

Lawrenceville Pride is a free, all-ages neighborhood festival organized by the Lawrenceville Corporation. 2026 was the fourth annual event.

Lawrenceville Pride is organized by the Lawrenceville Corporation, a community development group whose mission is to build opportunity and community for everyone who lives and works in the Pittsburgh neighborhood. In January 2026 it merged with Lawrenceville United, a longtime partner on neighborhood planning.

Throughout June the festival raises money for five local organizations that support LGBTQIA+ people: Hugh Lane Wellness Center, Persad Center, Proud Haven, SisTers PGH and Trans YOUniting. Official unisex T-shirts, printed by Revival Print Co., carry the Lawrenceville Pride logo on the front and the event's official poem by Rachel Ann Bovier on the back, and $10 from each shirt goes to the fundraiser. Shirts can be pre-ordered for pickup at two Lawrenceville locations or at the festival, and are also sold on the day while sizes last.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.

The organizer has not announced dates for 2027 yet. In 2026 it was held June 13, 2026. It usually falls mid-June.
