About Wausau Pride
Wausau Pride is a volunteer-led group working toward a more welcoming Marathon County. Its Pride day begins with a free Family Pride Fest on the 400 Block downtown and ends with Pride at Night, an 18 and over drag show at the Central Wisconsin Convention and Expo Center.
What to expect
Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.
