Saratoga Pride Festival

The Saratoga Pride Festival is held at High Rock Park in Saratoga Springs. 2026 was the 11th annual festival, and the group also hosts events such as a Pride softball game.

Saratoga Pride says it promotes the safety and well-being of LGBTQIA+ people in Saratoga County by increasing visibility, building allyship and creating educational opportunities. It is an affiliate of the Pride Center of the Capital Region and works to connect community members and visitors, recognize welcoming local businesses and raise awareness of LGBTQ-owned and inclusive businesses in the region.

Pride weekend in 2026 opened on Saturday evening with the fifth annual Saratoga Pride Softball Game at Geyser Park, followed by an after party at The Divot Bar and Grille. The festival on Sunday moved to a new afternoon time slot, with musicians, drag performers, local food vendors and community partners over four hours, and its own after party.

The group stays busy through the year with a Parenting with Pride support group, a Read with Pride book club, a Rainbow Garden Club, karaoke nights, monthly happy hours and social events for people under 40.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.

The organizer has not announced dates for 2027 yet. In 2026 it was held June 28, 2026. It usually falls last Sunday in June.
