Lehigh Valley Pride

Lehigh Valley Pride is the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center's regional Pride celebration, held rain or shine in the afternoon.

Lehigh Valley Pride is produced by the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, which runs arts, health, youth, training and Pride programs from its home on West Maple Street at Bayard Rustin Way in downtown Allentown. The center describes its work as fostering queer joy and liberation while centering the most marginalized members of the community.

The 2026 festival took place at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, with more than 150 vendors, artists, community organizations and sponsors. Programming spread across the building: indoor stage acts in the Musikfest Cafe, including the Pennsylvania Youth Theater and a bingo show with Heidi Ho, a theater showcase, a Pride interfaith gathering, DJs, mocktails and a dunk tank outside the welcome center.

Accessibility is a large part of the plan. The event offers ASL interpreters, ADA restrooms, large-print Pride guides, alcohol-free experiences, air-conditioned indoor spaces, accessible seating, an indoor low-sensory chill zone, a spirituality space and reserved parking near the entrances. The festival is ticketed, and the center offers discount codes to anyone for whom cost is a barrier.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.

The organizer has not announced dates for 2027 yet. In 2026 it was held August 30, 2026. It usually falls late August.
