Osceola Pride

Osceola Pride is a family-friendly LGBTQ+ festival in Kissimmee held at Osceola Heritage Park. It was launched in 2026 when Kissimmee PrideFest and the group Proud in the Cloud combined their efforts into one county-wide celebration.

Osceola Pride grew out of Pride events that its organizers began in St. Cloud more than five years ago. The first gathering drew about 75 people, and the event grew steadily to around 2,500 attendees, with some visitors flying in from across the country. The organizers describe it as a chance for the local LGBTQ+ community to show who they are while bringing local businesses together.

The festival's first year at Osceola Heritage Park was a success, and the organizers have booked the venue through 2028. Their mission includes supporting small businesses that champion diversity and inclusion, alongside the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.

The festival works with its fiscal sponsor, Adopt With Pride, to raise awareness about adoption and to support families who want to grow. Osceola Pride 2026 raised 10,000 dollars toward that effort, and the organizers hope to increase that total and help more families each year.

Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.
