Portland Dyke March

The Portland Dyke March is a community-organized march held on the Saturday of Portland Pride weekend. The 2026 march gathered at the North Park Blocks in the late afternoon.

The Dyke March rally begins in the late afternoon in the North Park Blocks, and the march steps off at 6 p.m. sharp, heading toward the waterfront. An accessibility vehicle is available for marchers with mobility needs, and masks are strongly encouraged and provided on site.

The march is listed among the official events of Portland Pride weekend, which Pride Northwest defines as events it organizes, runs with partners or benefits from as a charitable recipient. The same weekend includes the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, one of the largest donation-based Pride festivals in the country, where a $10 donation is requested at the gate but no one is turned away. The Portland Pride Parade, the largest parade in Oregon, follows on Sunday, and Pride Northwest publishes an accessibility guide for the weekend.

Dyke Marches are grassroots marches for lesbian, bisexual and queer women and gender-expansive people, usually non-commercial and often held the same weekend as the city's main Pride.

The organizer has not announced dates for 2027 yet. In 2026 it was held July 18, 2026. It usually falls saturday of Portland Pride weekend in July.
