About Dallas Pride

Dallas Pride is the city's June Pride festival and parade. In 2026 it moved from Fair Park to four downtown parks for the Festival of Rainbows, with Teen Pride and Family Pride areas, followed by an evening Sunset Parade on Main Street that retraced the city's original 1972 march route. The parade has carried the name Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade since 1991.

The 2026 Festival of Rainbows was spread across four downtown parks. Main Street Garden Park hosted the Main Street Festival, Pegasus Plaza held the Parade Festival and a VIP experience, Pacific Plaza had a community stage, and Harwood Park rounded out the footprint. Together they offered entertainment, art, food, merchandise and exhibits.

A new feature on the Pacific Plaza stage was a live LGBTQIA+ speed dating session hosted by LaylaLuxuryy, with sign-ups open in advance to anyone interested. The weekend also included a VIP party and a parade awards party.

The organizers' website also lists a Saturday, September 26, 2026 date at Harwood Park from noon to 6 p.m., with vendor space suited to arts and crafts, Pride merchandise and community organizations. Booths there have no electricity, and gas generators are not allowed.
